KAVU warrants our products to be free of manufacturer defects.
Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, damage, lawnmowers, dogs, small children and/or use for any purpose other than everyday casual wear are not covered by our warranty. There is no implied life span due to the many variables which can affect our products.
If you own a KAVU item that you believe is defective, please follow the procedure below and we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied.
- Visit the store where you purchased the item. They should be able to assist you with return/replacement of the item. KAVU cannot replace or refund products not purchased directly from us.
- For items purchased directly from KAVU (i.e from this website or with a phone order), you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning your item. To obtain the RA#, please fill out the form below, or call us at (800) 710-5288. Item must be returned within 30 days to receive refund. Any item that you are requesting a return or exchange for must be returned to KAVU prior to the exchange or return being issued.
- Once you obtain a RA# please package your return for shipment back to KAVU and make sure that the RA# is visible and on the outside of the box. We do not accept returns without this number, items that are sent without an RA#, will be refused delivery.
- After packing with your RA# on the return package please mail the item to the address provided to you by customer service when you obtained your RA#.
At this time, KAVU does not accept any items for repair.
**Non-defective products for Exchange and/or Return must be in original condition with the tags on. Thanks.
