RETURNS

Please initiate a return HERE.

Only items purchased directly from KAVU (at kavu.com or a phone order with KAVU staff) can be returned (even gifts!).

The item must be returned within 30 days, in original/new/unused condition with tags attached to receive a refund or store credit.

If you paid the optional $1.98 Redo fee at checkout, your return label will be created at no additional charge.  If you chose not to pay the optional $1.98 Redo fee at checkout, Redo will create a return shipping label for your convenience with a fee.  Shipping fees typically range between $6-$8 (please note, if you pay for a return ship label and decide to keep your KAVU item, the return ship label fee cannot be refunded.) 

We do not have an exchange program - you’ll return the original order for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the item you want.

If you choose the “store credit” option when your return has been processed, you’ll receive an email with a code to use at kavu.com at checkout.  Store credit cannot be used at our KAVU retail stores.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing your return and an additional 2-3 business days to receive your refund or store credit.

If you received a gift purchased from kavu.com that you'd like to return, please email our friendly Customer Service staff at info@kavu.com so they can let you know your options. 

Shipping charges on original order are not refunded.

All Prodeal sales are final sales and are not eligible for returns. 

WARRANTY

KAVU warrants our products to be free of manufacturer defects: Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, machine washing your bag, natural fading, color transfer from non-KAVU items to KAVU items, negligence, spills, damage, buckles getting smashed in car doors, broken buckles, weather damage, lawnmowers, dogs, small children and/or use for any purpose other than everyday casual wear are not covered by our warranty.

There is no implied life span due to the many variables which can affect our products. If you own a KAVU item that you believe is defective, please visit the store where you purchased the item. We have systems in place with our dealers to handle defects, they should be able to assist you with a return or replacement - (if they aren't sure how, have them give us a call!) KAVU cannot replace or refund products not purchased directly from us.
